คุณขอลบบัญชีเกม Poolfancy และข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อ
วิธีที่ 1: ลบเองในเกม (ทันที)
- เปิดเกม กดปุ่ม ตั้งค่า (รูปเฟือง มุมขวาบน)
- กด ลบบัญชี อ่านคำเตือน แล้วพิมพ์คำว่า DELETE เพื่อยืนยัน
- ระบบจะลบบัญชีและข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที
วิธีที่ 2: ขอลบทางอีเมล (กรณีลบเกมออกจากเครื่องไปแล้ว)
- เปิดเกม แล้วกดรูปโปรไฟล์ของคุณ เพื่อดู ID ผู้เล่น 8 หลัก (ถ้าทำได้)
- ส่งอีเมลถึง poolfancyjames@gmail.com หัวข้อ "Poolfancy delete account" โดยระบุ ID ผู้เล่น และส่งจากอีเมล Google ที่ใช้ล็อกอินเกม (ถ้าเล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม ให้แนบภาพหน้าจอโปรไฟล์ที่เห็น ID)
- เราจะยืนยันทางอีเมลและลบให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน

You can request deletion of your Poolfancy account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete in the game (instant)
- Open the game and tap Settings (the gear icon, top right).
- Tap Delete account, read the warning, and type DELETE to confirm.
- Your account and server data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request by email (if you no longer have the game installed)
- If you can, open the game and tap your profile picture to see your 8-digit player ID.
- Email poolfancyjames@gmail.com with the subject "Poolfancy delete account", including your player ID, from the Google email you sign in with (guest players: attach a screenshot of your profile showing the ID).
- We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your sign-in account (Google or guest)
- Game save: gold, gems, items, level, rank, statistics
- Profile, player ID, friends list, friend requests and mailbox
Data that may be kept
- In-app purchase records (receipt ID, date, amount), kept for up to 5 years as required by tax law.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All purchased items and gems will be lost.
