นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเกม Poolfancy (แอป Android com.poolfancy.game, iOS และเว็บ) เก็บและใช้ข้อมูลของคุณอย่างไร การเล่นเกมถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายนี้
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บและการลบข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้ตราบที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ คุณขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ตามวิธีในหน้าขอลบบัญชี เราจะลบภายใน 30 วัน (ยกเว้นข้อมูลการซื้อที่กฎหมายบังคับให้เก็บ)
6. เด็ก

This policy explains how Poolfancy (Android app com.poolfancy.game, iOS and web) collects and uses your information. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your account ID and email address (Apple may provide a private relay email instead) through Firebase Authentication. If you play as a guest, an anonymous account ID is created.
- Game profile: 8-digit player ID, in-game name, avatar, frame, chosen country flag, level, rank, game statistics and items owned.
- Social data: friends list, friend requests, mailbox messages and in-match chat messages (chat is delivered to your opponent in real time and deleted with the match room after the game).
- In-app purchases: purchase history and receipt IDs from Google Play / App Store, used to verify purchases. We never receive or store your card details.
- Advertising: the app shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect your device advertising ID, device information and usage data under Google's policies.
- Technical data: online status and last-seen time (shown to your friends) and error logs to fix bugs.
2. How we use it
- Cloud save so you can continue on any device
- Online matchmaking, friends, leaderboards and chat
- Verifying purchases and delivering purchased items
- Showing ads (including rewarded ads)
- Preventing cheating and abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Matchmaking: we always look for real online players first. If no player is found in time, you may be matched with a simulated (computer-controlled) opponent of similar skill to your rank. Rules, rewards and rank points are the same in every match.
3. What other players can see
Your in-game name, player ID, avatar, flag, level, rank and statistics appear on leaderboards, profiles and during matches. Your email address is never shown to other players.
4. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (accounts, database, servers) — data is stored in Bangkok and Singapore data centers
- Google AdMob (ads)
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store (in-app purchases)
- Sign in with Apple (Apple sign-in on iOS)
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data as described on the account deletion page. We delete it within 30 days, except purchase records we are legally required to keep.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected by database security rules; each player can only modify their own data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
